Major flaw in the boarding pass page is that if the flight is delayed, all the original information is still front and center and only when you scroll down do you see the new departure time. Keep in mind you'll have to do the calculation on when the doors close, that's nowhere to be found for delayed flights. Also the terminal information was just "TBD" but usually you can figure it out from the gate number.

Just awful. There is NO WAY to avoid using this terrible app, and at times it forces you to add upgrades/apply for their stupid credit card in order to proceed through the booking steps. I am signed up to earn miles for trips, but for some insane reason, my mileage number never seems to attach to the flights I pay for. This seems like something that you'd be able to fix in the app, but when I try to add the details manually, I get an error message. This has happened despite multiple attempts.

it's a lot more work than other airlines. Everything costs extra, never ending suggestions to upgrade assorted things. you don't get a comfortable feeling that everything is ready. And not being able to get a boarding pass without junking up your phone with an app is just wrong. Next time, I'll pay a little more to go with an easier airline.,.....................................................,......................................................................................................
